This series offers 3 courses around the 3 building blocks of production management – TIME / MONEY / PEOPLE. 
They will each offer a beginner and advance option.
Separate registration and fees apply.

  • 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. = Managing People in the Performing Arts
  • 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. = LUNCH
  • 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. = Scheduling a Show OR Scheduling a Season
  • 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. = DINNER
  • 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. = Budgeting a Show OR Budgeting a Season
