Refund & Cancellation Policies
Event Registrations (annual conferences, trade shows, workshops, etc.)
Refunds for event registrations are issued only in the circumstance where the event is cancelled by CITT/ICTS.
In all other cases, refunds are at the sole discretion of CITT/ICTS and are assessed on an event-by-event basis. Please refer to the event refund policy on the event page. CITT/ICTS reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to any refunded amount.
CITT/ICTS members may not be eligible to receive monetary refunds; however, at the discretion of CITT/ICTS, a credit notice may be applied to the member’s account. Credit notices are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and may be applied toward registration for future CITT/ICTS events, including those organized by the Regional Sections, or towards the renewal of CITT/ICTS membership.
Membership Dues
Membership dues are not refundable.
