Students and individuals who identify as part of a racialized and/or marginalized community can apply to get a free registration to the conference. Open to members and non-members of CITT/ICTS. There are a limited number of these registrations available.
To apply, please send us an email with your name and contact information along with a brief description of yourself and your student ID if you are a student.

Conference App
Pheedloop will be used as our conference app!
The app allows conference delegates to stay on top of conference events and announcements, create their own schedule, network with other attendees, learn about presenters and trade show exhibitors, share updates in the app feed, and much more.
How does it work?
- All Full Conference and Day Pass attendees will receive an email invitation containing their credentials and links to the app. Emails are sent in July.
- The app can be accessed online or downloaded to Android and iOS devices.
- Once you are in the app, you can update your profile and build your own schedule by adding the conference sessions and events that you plan to attend.
To sign up for sessions → Add them to your app schedule!
Adding a session to your app schedule confirms your attendance. This is an important step because it gives us a complete list of attendees and allows us to easily contact you if we need to send important information or updates about a session.
Social Events
NEW this year: Sign up for social events is through the registration form when purchasing your conference pass.
The form includes a mandatory question in which you must check the boxes for the events you plan to attend. Checking these boxes officially registers you for the events.

Payment instructions:
All fees are subject to 13% HST.

→ Pay now by e-commerce: Payments by Credit/Debit Cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA/MasterCard Debit, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
OR
→ Pay later by invoice: Payment of dues will be payable upon reception of invoice and may be made either by: Interac e-Transfer or Bank Wire (see instructions will be available on your invoice). Cheques are not accepted.
CITT/ICTS Members only: If you have chosen the Pay later option, you still have the possibility to pay your dues online by credit or debit card. Simply log in to your Members Area, then click on the My Account tab, select the invoice from the list, then click on Make a payment.
Starting Monday July 27: Only payments via e-commerce will be accepted.

Swag Bingo location: Nostalgica Pub & Beer Garden - 10% discount on meals & drinks
If you have attended a previous Rendez-vous, then you know that our conference would not be complete without Swag Bingo, our beloved fun-raising event!
We are happy to announce that the Nostalgica Pub and Beer Garden will welcome our lively group of bingo players. This casual café and pub is located right on the University of Ottawa campus. The menu features vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and traditional dishes, so everyone can find something to enjoy.
Nostalgica will offer delegates a 10% discount on the total bill for meals and drinks during the conference upon presentation of a special coupon.

Refund and Cancellations Policy:
Only cancellation requests due to health reasons will be accepted for Rendez-vous 2026 Full Conference Passes, Day Passes, and Pre-conference Workshops. Requests will be accepted until midnight August 10, 2026. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and a 25$ fee may apply.
Please email us for a cancellation request. Note that other than this one exception, event registration fees are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policies for more details.
