DELEGATE REGISTRATION FOR RENDEZ-VOUS 2023

Our 33rd Rendez-vous will be held August 16 - 19, 2023 in Toronto, ON at the Meridian Hall.

Pre-conference Workshops will be held on August 15 and 16.

Trade Show will be held on August 17 and 18.

Full Conference Pass - Types & Fees:

  • CITT/ICTS Member + Partner Organization Member: $300.00 - Starting August 1st, 2023
  • Non-member: $450.00 | Join CITT/ICTS and save! Learn about Membership here
  • Retired: $150.00
  • Student: $75.00 (Includes a complimentary 1-year CITT/ICTS membership, or free renewal of existing membership)

Payment instructions - please take note: Starting August 1st, only debit or credit card payments are accepted to register for the conference. If you are unable to use e-commerce payment, please contact us to make another payment arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration fees for conference passes are subject to 13% HST. The fees for the virtual pass are subject to applicable taxes according to the purchaser's billing address.

Access Code required to register - NON-MEMBERS, RETIRED AND STUDENTS → Due to an increasing amount of fraudulent registrations we took the decision to increase security and protect these registration types with an access code. Please contact us via email and we'll quickly provide you with the code so that you can register. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

CITT/ICTS MEMBERS → You do not need an access code. Simply log into your account before starting the registration process to access the member fee!

  1. SELECT the type of pass you wish to purchase below, fill the registration form and click Submit.
  2. Add all the social activities you personally wish to attend and when done click on 'Click here to add a new registrant'. 
  3. Select the type of pass you wish to add for your guest, fill in the guest registration form and then add the social activities for them.
  4. When all done, click Checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent to the main registrant and guests.

Accessibility

All conference sessions and workshops will be held at the Meridian Hall, located at 1 Front St. E., Toronto, ON, M5E 1B2. Google coordinates.

Some social activities and tours will be held outside of the venue grounds. Please refer to the conference schedule for details.
