Our 34th Rendez-vous will be held August 14 - 17, 2024 in Saskatoon, SK at the Persephone Theatre, Remai Arts Center.

Full Conference Pass - Types & Fees:

CITT/ICTS Members + Partner Organizations Early Bird: $215.00 + taxes
Non-Member Early Bird: $370.00 + taxes (Become a member and save! Learn about membership here)
CITT/ICTS Member Retired: $150.00 + taxes
Student: $50.00 plus taxes (Available to CITT/ICTS members and non-members. Includes a complimentary 1-year student membership OR free renewal of existing membership!)

All passes include access to the conference sessions, the social activities and the trade show. This year, an additional fee of $10.00 per person is requested to attend the Rendez-vous 2024 Closing Cocktail Reception which will take place on Friday August 16, 2024 at the Remai Modern Riverview Foyer (includes one (1) free drink ticket).

Pre-conference workshops are not included, and a separate registration will be required. Information to come.

Other registration types such as Day Passes will be available later. Information to come.

Note that you will be asked to sign-up for the sessions that you wish to attend. This registration is separate and will be available as soon as the conference schedule is complete. All delegates will be notified via email at that time.

All fees are subject to 5% GST + 6% PST.

Access Code

NON-MEMBERS → Due to an increasing amount of fraudulent registrations these registration types are protected with an access code. Please contact us via email to get your code.

CITT/ICTS MEMBERS → You do not need an access code. Please log into your account before starting the registration process.

Payment instructions

At check out, you may choose to Pay now by e-commerce (payments by Credit/Debit Cards) OR to Pay later by invoice.

If you choose to be invoiced, the payment of dues will be payable upon reception and may be made either by: Interac e-Transfer OR Bank Wire. The procedure for each option is detailed on your invoice.

Please note that, even though it says you can pay by cheque on the check-out page and your invoice, this year CHEQUES are not accepted for Rendez-vous 2024 Delegate Registrations.

If you are unable to use either of the available payment methods, please contact us to make another payment arrangement.

Persephone Theatre is located downtown in the beautiful Remai Arts Centre overlooking the river on River Landing. It sits next door to the Remai Modern Art Museum and across from a developing urban centre that includes a hotel, restaurants, office buildings and urban residences. Get Directions here.
