The 33rd Rendez-vous will be held August 16 - 19, 2023 in Toronto, ON at the Meridian Hall.

Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on August 15 and 16.

Trade Show will be held on August 17 and 18.

Full Conference Pass - Types & Fees:

  • CITT/ICTS Member + Partner Organization Member* - Early-bird: $200.00 - Early fee is available until June 15, 2023
  • CITT/ICTS Member + Partner Organization Member* - Regular: $300.00 - Starting June 16, 2023
  • Non member: $450.00
  • Retired: $150.00
  • Student: $75.00 (Includes a complimentary 1-year CITT/ICTS membership, or free renewal of existing membership)

  • Online Only Pass (virtual attendance only)
  • Day Pass (in-person, gives access to all conference events from that day)

Passes include access to all conference sessions, social activities and trade show. A Full Conference Pass allows for both in-person and online attendance.

  1. SELECT the type of pass you wish to purchase below, fill the registration form and click Submit.
  2. Add all the social activities you personally wish to attend and when done click on 'Click here to add a new registrant'. 
  3. Select the type of pass you wish to add for your guest, fill in the guest registration form and then add the social activities for them.
  4. When all done, click Checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent to the main registrant and guests.

All conference sessions and workshops will be held at the Meridian Hall. Some social activities and tours will be held outside of the venue grounds. Exact locations will be confirmed at a later date. Accessibility will be ensured at all locations.
