• Conference Fees: Full conference Very Special Early fee for CITT members is only $150.00 before July 15th! Student and Retired members full conference is only $50.00! The Full Conference Delegate registration include the following: Conference Sessions, Backstage Tour, Trade Show, New Product Breakfast, Friday Trade Show 5@7 Happy Hour, CITT AGM Breakfast, Evening Social Events and all Ticketed Meals.

Rendez-vous will be hosting a bigger trade show with longer visiting hours over a 2-day span at the Ottawa Convention Centre, and a new 5 @ 7 Happy Hour on the trade show floor on Friday just before we close the show for the day. Pre-conference workshops is replaced with hands-on training on Thursday. More sessions have been added on Friday. Education Forum and Roadhouse Roundtable discussions have been moved to Saturday.The CITT Annual General Meeting Luncheon is now the AGM breakfast on Saturday morning. Those are just a few of the changes planned as we prepare the 24th CITT/ICTS Rendez-vous.

 

The New Product Breakfast will kick off the Friday morning. The Friday Corporate Luncheon, sponsored by MDG Fog Generators, will precede the opening of the 24th Trade Show, and the Brown Bag Lunch Talk is back on Thursday.  Our renowned social events returns in the usual time slots: Meet & Greet Mixer with Junk Challenge sponsored by ROSCO on Thursday, the ever zany Swag Bingo on Friday night, and the CITT 2014 Awards Banquet, sponsored by Ultratec Special Effects, closes the conference on Saturday night.
