Following the summary presented on April 13, 2021, the Conseil québécois du théâtre is pleased to announce the publication of a long-awaited research on performing arts attendance in Quebec, the Study of Performing Arts Audiences in Quebec. Quebec. The national, disciplinary and geographical profile of the public and non-public, the factors influencing attendance and a prospective assessment are presented and analyzed.
The study was carried out by DAIGLE/SAIRE for the Performing Arts Attendance Working Group (GTFAS), which brings together 12 associations and groups of artists, producers, broadcasters and other professionals of all performing arts disciplines, of which the Conseil québécois du théâtre is a member.
