Notice of Annual General Meeting and Call for Nominations to the Board of Directors
To: All members in good standing of the Canadian Institute for Theatre Technology residing in the Province of Ontario.
The Board of Directors for the Ontario Section of the Canadian Institute for Theatre Technology invites nominations for positions on the Ontario Board of Directors. The following members of the current Board have agreed to stand for re-election:
- Paul Fujimoto-Pihl
- Aidan Ware
- John MacDonald
- Laura Coleman
- Don Finlayson
We encourage anyone interested in furthering the mission of the CITT/ICTS be nominated to the board. The Board of Directors actively promotes programming that enriches and improves the technical craft of theatre and live events. Questions regarding the roles and responsibilities of the Directors may be directed to:

Nominations shall remain open until July 29, 2022. The slate of Nominees shall be presented to the membership for their consideration on or about August 1, 2022. The slate of Nominees shall be voted upon by attending membership at the Annual General Meeting, to be held:
Sunday August 7, 2022, at 1:00pm EST.
The meeting will be held via ZOOM.
The link will be distributed to the Membership on or about August 5, 2022.
