TORONTO, ON (January 3, 2012) - Christie Lites Sales is pleased to announce we have reached a representative agreement with Matthew La Brie and his company, Arch Technical Inc., to join the Christie Lites Sales team.

Matthew La Brie is a native Calgarian who began his theatrical career as an actor in 1985. Matthew went on to achieve a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of Calgary, majoring in Technical Theatre. Matthew worked at the University of Calgary theatre, spending 10 years rotating through lighting, sound and stage managing shows. In 2000, he began his career as a freelance technician and instructor at Mount Royal University where he taught courses in theatrical lighting, theatrical sound and drafting (CADD). Matthew now owns his own independent lighting and sound installation company (Arch Technical Inc) and continues to live in Calgary where he is enjoying life with his new bride, Karen, and their two young children. Matthew will be responsible for the Southern Alberta market as well as areas including Saskatchewan and the interior of British Columbia.
