Reporting to the Senior Director and working in close collaboration with the Artistic Director and Senior Advisor, Artistic Operations, the Project Coordinator is responsible for:

- Coordinating artist travel to International Headquarters (SSI) or other destinations;
- Coordinating all communications and actions involved in the integration of artists for the project, and this in conjunction with various internal services (e.g., training of artists, immigration, costume workshops, acrobatic equipment) and external parties (suppliers, providers of travel, etc.);
- Ensuring the proper management and budgetary allocation of artist integration costs;
- Participate in the budget follow-up and ensure an appropriate allocation related to the integration costs of the artists and the artistic team;
- Serving as a link between internal and external partners;
- Supporting the Senior Director in all matters regarding designers and CDS staff related to the project;
- Provide ongoing support to the project's artistic team, at the request of the Artistic Director, Senior Director or Senior Advisor, Artistic Operations;
- Preparation of the creation room of and keep it up to date;
- Prepare various visual presentations and design documents on the project in development;
- Participate in the artistic documentation of the project and ensure the archiving of artistic documentation in close collaboration with the Senior Director;
- Provide administrative support to the directors :
- Organize and attend creation and production meetings and take notes if required;
- Make travel arrangements for the creative team;
- Perform certain clerical tasks;
- Perform any other related duties as per the director’s request.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- CEGEP/collegial production or the equivalent;
- Four to six years’ relevant experience in a similar position, experience in the field of show business an asset;
- Ability to use various IT platforms;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Team spirit and ability to work independently;
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive and confidential information;
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
