Job Description / Duties

OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Props—either as a Craftsperson or in a Props Management role. The Props Coordinator will serve as Show Lead on at least three seasonal productions and will also assist with shop management and accounting responsibilities.

Required: October 2025 to September 2026 / Full-time (40 hours per week)

Qualifications / Required Skills

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, communication platforms, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and foster team empowerment.
• A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ideally, a good sense of humor.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CAD or Vector is an asset but not essential

Additional Information

Required: October 2025 to September 2026 / Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Hourly Pay Range: $31 – $34/hr (depending on experience)
