ONLINE Registration: Pre-registering online is highly recommended to take advantage of our pre-registered designated counter and get your badge faster. Pre-registered attendees also receive exclusive show updates, benefiting from priority access on hands-on training registration. To ensure you receive these emails, make sure to check the CITT/ICTS communication consent box in the registration form.
ON-SITE Registration: Visitors can register on site during EXPO-SCÈNE opening hours. See above for the registration desk hours.
* A visitor badge grants access to the expo hall, the TEC Talk Studios and the Demo Rooms, on both days of the event. Pre-show training requires a separate registration and fees may apply. Please visit our Training page for more information.

GOOD TO KNOW:
FOOD & DRINKS: A restaurant area is open in the exhibition hall during opening hours, serving a wide selection of hot and cold food and beverages.
FREE WI-FI: A reliable complimentary Wi-Fi connexion will be available for all our visitors trough-out the expo hall.
EXPO-SCÈNE 2026 will be held in room 220de of the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

ACCESSIBILITY: All entrances to the Palais des congrès are equipped with access ramps and automatic doors, and every room is equipped with listening systems for the hearing impaired. Reserved parking spaces for permit holders are available at the Viger parking lot, accessible by Rue Chenneville.
