CITT/ICTS is pleased to offer its members and partner associations the following advertising opportunities.

Web Banner - CITT/ICTS Website, homepage

Average number of monthly visits: 1,300. Average home page retention time: 3 minutes.

$150 plus tax for 30 days of display

Description: Banner on the website's home page with hyperlink. The banner is placed below the banner reserved for CITT/ICTS. Each image included in the banner will rotate for seven seconds. If there is only one image, the banner will remain static. A maximum of three banners per advertiser per 30-day period.

Specs: W 825px X H 125px / png - jpg / file optimized for the web (@2x)

Hyperlink: Please provide URL, UTM, or short link (Bitly, TinyURL, etc)

Reservation Deadline: There is no deadline. Display can begin at any time and will end 30 days later.

Newsletter Banner - CITT/ICTS Monthly Newsletter

Total of subscribers: + 1,300 (mix of members and non-members). Average open rate: 60% = +22% vs industry average.

$150 plus tax for inclusion in one (1) newsletter

Description: Banner in the monthly newsletter with hyperlink. The banner is placed at the end of the newsletter, after the Contributing members logos and before the contact information. If there are multiple banners, they will be displayed sequentially, not in rotation. Three ad spaces are available per newsletter. A maximum of one banner per advertiser per newsletter.

Specs: W 1000px X H 200px / png - jpg - mp4 - gif / file optimized for the web (@2x)

Reservation Deadline: Please reserve before the 25th of the month to be included in the next newsletter.

Marketing e-blast to the membership - Exclusive to CITT/ICTS members*

Total of contact: +500 (mix of active/expired members). Average open rate: 60%

* Your membership must be in good standing. Available only to Sustaining and Contributing members.

$250 plus tax for one (1) e-blast

Description: E-blast to be sent to the CITT/ICTS membership (does not include newsletter subscribers). Advertisers are limited to one e-blast per month and one every three months. Sending an e-blast each month is not possible. Content must be relevant to our members and the performing arts production industry.

Bilingual content is encouraged. (The CITT/ICTS membership includes English- and French-speaking individuals. We highly recommend that you create bilingual content. If that is not possible, CITT/ICTS reserves the right to add a translated version to the bottom of the email.)

Reservation Deadline: Please reserve at least two (2) weeks prior to the desired sending date.

Asset Deadline: Please provide the required assets (listed above) at least one (1) week before the send date.

Sending Schedule: A maximum of three (3) e-blasts per month can be sent at the beginning, middle, and end of the month. The exact dates will be determined according to CITT/ICTS capacity on or around the advertiser's desired date.

We reserve the right to refuse content that we judge to be irrelevant to our industry.

Banners - Bundle Offer

We offer a discount when you purchase multiple banners, regardless of the medium: $25.00 off for each additional banner.

1 banner = $150.00
2 banners = $275.00 instead of $300.00
3 banners = $400.00 instead of $450.00
4 banners = $525.00 instead of $600.00
and so on

Marketing emails are not included in this offer.
