32nd ANNUAL TRADE SHOW

Trade Show Registration for the 32nd Annual Trade Show at the MacEwan Event Centre in Calgary AB is now open!
- Please select the appropriate button based on your CITT/ICTS membership category: Sustaining ($550 annual membership dues) or Contributing ($995 annual membership dues) to select your exhibitor booth space. You can purchase a single 10'x10' or a half-size 6'x8'. Other size are by request only depending on availability.
- Following your exhibitor booth selection, you will be able to purchase add-ons for your technical requirements such as 15A electrical outlets, skirted tables and chairs. We will provide 8' back drapes for the booths.
- You will be able to purchase Sponsorship and Advertisement opportunities at the same time.
- Please register your booth staff for the conference separately at this link (coming soon).
- If you wish to sponsor an event only, please select the Sponsorship only button.
- If you wish to purchase 15A outlets, chairs and tables separately, please follow this link (coming soon).
CITT/ICTS Contributing members have priority booking until May 15th, 2022
CITT/ICTS Sustaining members will have access to booking on May 16th, 2022.
As of June 1st, non-members will be able to book their booth. Booth spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Sustaining and Contributing Member Exhibitor sign up is protected by an access code. Please contact us at to obtain the password.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of booth registration by the exhibitor is subject to a credit note only, applicable towards a registration to any future CITT/ICTS (excluding its regional Sections) conferences, workshops or special events or to the renewal of CITT/ICTS membership dues. Membership fees are not refundable.
