GENERAL CONDITIONS
You must be a full-time student or graduating in 2013, and be 18 years old to sign up. You are required to provide for your transportation to the conference as well as are responsible for your own lodging for the duration of the conference. Pending it financial resources, CITT can provide a small subsistence grant to help students from out of town: details to be announced. 

As a volunteer, you can attend all the conference events but you are required to dedicate your time and volunteer in setting-up and tearing down the conference events first. We do ensure that you are able to take in as much of the conference as possible. The work schedule is prepared by the conference technical director and will be made available prior to the beginning of the conference. 

A Student Volunteer Orientation Meeting will be scheduled, the date, time and location to be announced. By signing up, you confirm that you have read and accepted the General Conditions of CITT's Student Volunteer Programme.
