Production Assistants work at the Isabel and assist in the set-up, operation, and tear down of technical and
staging equipment during events and shows. Production Assistants provide services and support to artists.
They have non-show calls and assist in the general maintenance and organization of technical and staging
equipment, as well as engage in health and safety training.
Past work experience (or academic equivalent) with professional audio and/or lighting equipment,
and with stage management.
Health and Safety training including CPR & First Aid certified (noting date of certification), or
willingness to obtain this certification in the near future.
General computer skills.
General knowledge of Power Point software and basic audio and video apps such as iTunes and
Customer service skills and related past work experience.
A passion for the arts and the programming at the Isabel.
Problem solving skills, proactive attitude.
Friendly, approachable, and a positive disposition.
Excellent communication skills.
Physical strength and stamina.
All successful applicants will be required to undertake AODA and Health and Safety training.
