As an increasing number of artists and venues are exploring digitizing their arts events, questions arise around the legal responsibilities and rights of artists, venues, and contracts. With lawyer James Kosa (WeirFoulds, Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law), Jasmine Spei (consultant) and moderator Lee Sela (barrister), we will explore the responsibilities and rights we all share in streaming arts online.
