Where: On Zoom

Join us for an insightful session on takeaways and lessons learned from a real rigging incident.

In this session, safety experts Dominic Housiaux and Don Parman will examine a genuine rigging incident that took place in Europe in May 2025. Both Don and Dominic were present and responded to the incident. Using their incident logs, which detail the events moment by moment, they will step through the incident, contrasting the what, why and how with their own internal monologue whilst trying to calmly manage the situation.

Regardless of your level of experience or preparation, their goal is to examine the reality of the experience and see what we can learn about human decision-making in stressful situations.

Free and open to all.
