The 2025 Annual General Meeting is the occasion to meet with the Board and organization members.
The CITT/ICTS Board of Directors will present the 2025 financial statements and the Regional Section Reports, introduce the elected board members and discuss the future of the organization.
All are welcome - Please see below for how you can participate.
IMPORTANT:
Only members in good standing including the designated voting delegate of each corporate or not-for-profit organizational member are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Organizational, Sustaining, and Contributing Members may each appoint one individual to vote on behalf of their organization or company. The name of this designated voter must be submitted to the Corporation before any meeting where voting will occur.

The 2025 CITT/ICTS Awards will be handed out during the AGM.
This year marks the return of the CITT/ICTS Awards!
We’re excited to announce that immediately following the AGM we’ll be presenting the Emerging Technical Talent Award, recognizing an individual in the early stages of their career who has demonstrated outstanding growth, dedication, and technical skill in the Canadian live performance sector.
Although we’re starting with a single award this year, it represents a renewed commitment to acknowledging excellence within our community. The ceremony will highlight the recipient’s contributions, include the awarding of a certificate, and mark the beginning of what we hope will become an ongoing tradition of celebration and recognition.
Join us as we take a moment to applaud the emerging talent shaping the future of our field!
