TO MAKE A BOOTH OR TABLETOP RESERVATION
Please contact us first, indicating: Choice of booth size and space number OR Choice of tabletop and space number.
We will follow up quickly with a confirmation of space number, direct online link and access code to pay for your space and order additional items (if necessary).
ACCESS CODE → Due to an alarming number of fraudulent registrations, trade show registration (for both members and non-members) is protected with an access code.
CITT/ICTS MEMBERS: PLEASE LOG IN before starting your registration to link this purchase to your CITT/ICTS account.
STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR BOOTH or TABLETOP:
1 - SELECT the appropriate fee based on your CITT/ICTS membership category (Contributing, Sustaining, Organizational Not-for-profit or Non-member) and enter the access code.
2 - Fill the exhibitor registration form. Click Submit.
3 - If you need to order additional items for your space please add them to your cart now.
4 - Click Checkout when done and proceed with payment.
Payment instructions:
MAY 2025 - POSSIBLE CANADA POST STRIKE:
Due to the possibility of a postal strike on May 22, we ask that you please avoid sending cheques through the mail and make your payment by e-commerce (debit and credit cards), bank transfer or Interac transfer. In the event of a postal strike, postal payments may not reach the national office and reservations will not be confirmed until payments are received.
At check out, you may choose to Pay now by e-commerce (payments by Credit/Debit Cards) OR to Pay later by invoice.
If you choose to be invoiced, the payment of dues will be payable upon reception of your invoice and may be made either by: Interac e-Transfer or Bank Wire. The procedure for each option will be detailed on your invoice.

SPEAKER SHOWCASE (TBC)
Friday August 16 morning | Dalhousie Arts Centre, Sir James Dunn Theatre
The Speaker Showcase is tentatively scheduled for late Friday morning. During this event, exhibitors can present a speaker or a series of speakers, highlight their abilities, and play some music.
If you would like to participate: Please indicate so by answering YES to the question 'We would like to present a demo at the Speaker Showcase (Friday August 15 - Morning)' in the Exhibitor Registration form. You may also contact us.
Our Technical Director will be in touch to discuss logistics of this event if there is sufficient interest.
PRODUCT SHOWCASE (TBC)
Wednesday August 13 evening | Dalhousie Arts Centre, Sculpture Court
The Product Showcase is tentatively scheduled to be incorporated to the Rendez-vous Opening Soirée. During this event, exhibitors can present a new product, and highlight their abilities.
If you would like to participate: Please indicate so by answering YES to the question 'We would like to present at the Product Showcase (Wednesday August 13 - Evening)' in the Exhibitor Registration form. You may also contact us.

SWAG BINGO FUNDRAISING NIGHT
Thursday August 14 | 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. | The Loose Cannon
Conference and Trade Show participants will gather for a notoriously entertaining evening of BINGO to try to win company swag as bingo prizes and donated items from the Live Auction. Swag BINGO is part corporate recognition, part social mixer, part fundraiser for The AFC – and a whole lot of fun!
Corporate members and Trade Show Exhibitors are welcomed to contribute to the cause by donating swag prizes or auction items!

WITH ACCESS TO CONFERENCE: Full Conference Passes are INCLUDED with your reservation! They are accessible only via a unique registration link that will be sent to you directly after we received confirmation of your reservation and payment.
- Each 10x10 reservation includes two (2) Full Conference Pass
- Each Tabletop reservation includes one (1) Full Conference Pass.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of booth registration by the exhibitor is subject to a credit note only, applicable towards a registration to any future CITT/ICTS (excluding its regional Sections) conferences, workshops or special events or to the renewal of CITT/ICTS membership dues. Membership fees are not refundable.
