Demystifying Workplace Mental Health and Psychological Safety

Educational Session

Presented by Actsafe Safety Association

Demystifying workplace mental health and psychological safety is an educational session for those who want to be more engaged in addressing related issues with their organization but struggle to understand the differences in function or value between some of the most recognized resources and methodologies suitable for these complex challenges.

After attending this presentation, attendees will be able to describe the unique features of mental health first aid, psychological safety, and psychological health and safety in the workplace. Attendees will leave with a foundation of knowledge to help recognize which of these solutions are best suited for their needs and how these three approaches can be implemented together within a robust occupational health and safety program.
