BOOTH BOOKING

* TO BOOK YOUR SPACE * → Due to an increasing number of fraudulent registrations, we have made the decision to increase security and protect ALL trade show registration types as well as the link to purchase additional items with an access code.

Please contact us and we'll quickly provide you with your code so that you can register. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.


Booth spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Trade Show is located on a stage floor with no carpet.

ALL BOOTH RESERVATIONS INCLUDE: Black draping and side dividers, 1x 15A electrical outlet + 1x skirted table.

ALL TABLE TOP RESERVATIONS INCLUDE: 1x 15A power outlet, 1x skirted table + 2x chairs.

MEMBERS: LOG IN before starting your registration. The Sustaining, Contributing Member and Table top Exhibitor sign up are protected by an access code. Contact us for the code prior to start your reservation.

Available for booking is: 

  • Single 10'x10'. Other sizes are by request only and depend on availability. Click here to view the floor plan.
  • Table top. Not-for-profit Organizations and schools only.

STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR BOOTH:

1 - SELECT the appropriate button based on your CITT/ICTS membership category: Sustaining or Contributing or Non-member or Not-for-profit Organization/School and enter your access code (Click here to learn more about membership categories.)

2 - Fill the Exhibitor Registration Form. Click Submit.

3 - If you need additional 15A electrical outlets, skirted tables and chairs (other than the included 1x 15A outlet and 1x table), please add them to your cart. Click Checkout when done.

4 - Follow payment instructions.

HOW TO BUY ADD-ONS SEPARATELY

If you already booked your booth and wish to purchase 15A outlets, chairs and tables separately, SELECT the '15A outlets, chairs and tables only' button below, enter the access code and follow the registration process. Add the items to your cart and proceed with the payment.

PRODUCT SHOWCASE BREAKFAST

Thursday August 17 | 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. | Meridian Hall Foyer

Trade Show exhibitors are invited to be centre stage for a couple minutes to showcase their new product or service! Hosted by CITT/ICTS President Paul Del Motte, this event will kick off the Conference on Thursday August 17, 2023. Presenting is free for our corporate members. The Product Showcase Breakfast is a popular event and a fantastic opportunity to connect with our members and industry professionals!

SOUND SPEAKER SHOWCASE

Thursday August 17 | 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. | Meridian Hall Stage

Exhibitors are invited to showcase speakers to trade show visitors, talk briefly about their specifications and play some music.

SWAG BINGO FUN-RAISING NIGHT

Thursday August 17 | 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. | Venue to be confirmed.

Conference and Trade Show participants will gather for a notoriously entertaining evening of BINGO to try to win company swag as bingo prizes and donated items from the Live Auction. Swag BINGO is part corporate recognition, part social mixer, part fundraiser for The AFC – and a whole lot of fun! Corporate members and Trade Show Exhibitors are welcomed to contribute to the cause by donating swag prizes or auction items.

 CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of booth registration by the exhibitor is subject to a credit note only, applicable towards a registration to any future CITT/ICTS (excluding its regional Sections) conferences, workshops or special events or to the renewal of CITT/ICTS membership dues. Membership fees are not refundable.
