We are excited to announce the launch of CareerHub, a newly rebranded and expanded version of our Job Board.

In a commitment to supporting career growth at every stage, and with the aim of contributing to a healthier employment rate in the live performance and event production sector, CareerHub offers a broader range of learning and job opportunities, thanks to the introduction of two new posting categories: Apprenticeships and Professional Development.

To promote accessibility and encourage publications from a wide range of theatres, cultural centres, organizations and companies, posting to these new categories is free for both members and non-members.

Apprenticeships:

Intended for real world hands-on learning opportunities, such as apprenticeships and internships, which are designed to help emerging professionals develop essential career skills. They can be paid or unpaid.

Professional Development:

This category includes learning opportunities such as courses, workshops, and workplace observations, which are designed to help individuals develop their skills at any stage of their career. These can be offered for free or have a course fee, and offered online or in person.

What happens to traditional job posting?

Key features of the previous Job Board are still present in CareerHub! The traditional job posting display, posting process, and submission form remain unchanged, and, as before, CITT/ICTS members can post jobs for free, and non-members can submit job postings for a CA$50 fee.
