Actsafe wants to hear from you.
As the health and safety industry association for the motion picture and performing arts in British Columbia, Actsafe offers subsidized training free resources and advice to help keep people safe in both industries. They’re doing some research to help them find ways to plan and deliver better communication on health and safety issues.
The survey takes just 10-15 minutes and your responses are confidential. When you’re done, fill in the entry form for a chance to win tickets to the Canucks game at Roger’s Arena on April 7. Your name and contact information will not be included with the survey results.

**Respondents will be entered into a prize draw for two tickets to the Vancouver Canucks vs. Edmonton Oilers game on April 7. To be eligible for the prize, complete this survey along with the entry form at the end by March 26, 2012.
