Job Description / Duties
• Receive and input all labour requests
• Compile labour calls weekly and distribute to casual call list
• Schedule casual crew & create call invites
• Update call invites as required to ensure accuracy
• Assist Production Coordinator with biweekly payroll
• Track billables and reimbursements for touring crew
• Basic bookkeeping for accounts payable and receivable
• Book flights & hotels as requested for touring and out-of-town gigs
• Generate all-staff communications when requested
Qualifications / Required Skills
• ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal to no supervision
• in-depth knowledge of Google Suite
• ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• live event experience an asset
Additional Information
The start date is flexible but would ideally be December 8, 2025. This is a full time position (35 hrs./week); evening and weekend work may be required.
Salary: Weekly salary range $625 to $800, depending on experience
