The Executive Assistant to the President collaborates in the business development, administration and management processes of the Montréal office. The responsibilities and activities of the position include:
-Marketing and business development correspondence;
-Update of the website content;
-Logistics and organization for trade shows and exhibitions;
-Preparation of service proposals;
-Management of the President's documents;
-Assist the President in the management of personnel.
-Fluently bilingual in French and English, oral and written. A third language (Spanish, Italian, German or Mandarin) would be an asset;
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position;
-Experience in an engineering or architectural office an asset;
-Proficient with office software packages in Windows environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign) ;
-Interpersonal skills and dynamism;
-Willingness to travel occasionally to attend meetings with various clients;
-Attention to detail;
-Curiosity and interest in learning and developing new skills;
-Organizational skills and excellent working methods.
We offer a competitive salary and a bonus program.
Salary: 45K to 65K per year according to experience.
