Excerpt from CITT By-law: ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIP, DUES, MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS AND VOTING Section 1. Membership Categories: Each member shall be entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at all meetings of the members of the Corporation. All Organizational, Sustaining, and Contributing members shall have the right to designate one individual with the power to vote on behalf of the member. Notice of such individual shall be filed with the Corporation prior to the commencement of any meeting where voting may take place.
