Job Description / Duties

Production Assistant
450/per week
Starting May 9
Ending Sept 4

Reporting to the Artistic Director and Technical Director. We are seeking a graduate from a theatre production program at either a college or university. This person should be familiar with the techniques used in the construction of sets and the use of hand and power tools used in a carpentry shop.

Additional skills associated with other areas of theatre are a plus. This person may be asked to act as running crew only when needed. The ability to work in a team environment is important working with the Artistic Director and Technical Director along with the Stage Management Team.

A good work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently at times is needed for this position. Maybe asked to perform other duties designated by the Artistic Director or Technical Director.

A valid Drivers Licence is an asset.
