Invitation to OISTAT World Congress 2025

All OISTAT Members are warmly invited to attend the OISTAT World Congress 2025 during World Stage Design 2025, scheduled from 10:00 to 14:00 (UTC+4, Sharjah Time // UTC-4, Ottawa Time = 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM) on October 23, 2025 at Studio Theatre, Sharjah Performing Arts Academy. The Congress will include:

• Reports from the OISTAT President, HQ, and Chairs of Commissions and Sub-Commissions
• Presentations and approval of two OISTAT Candidate Centres
• Voting on Statutes Amendments
• Presentation of World Stage Design 2029 proposals
• Elections of OISTAT President and Executive Committee members 2025-2029 

The Congress will be held in hybrid format, with both in-person and online participation:

• Online participation: Follow the YouTube Live Stream link.
