Job Description / Duties
As a Sound Designer, you will be responsible for obtaining all sound effects, whether recorded or live for the show. Also responsible for ensuring the sound equipment is set up correctly and that the board op is properly trained. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of video editors, lighting experts, etc.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Overall
Experience working in educational or indie theatre and/or education or training in specified area of design
Looking for applicants with the intention of gaining experience with the intent of working in design as a career
Sound Designer
Experience with sound engineering, recording and editing methods and equipment
Hands on experience with sound recording and editing software
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: $200 Honorarium
