Start Date: ASAP (flexible starting date)
Salary range: $50,000 – $55,000
Position type: Full-time with Benefits
Location: The AFC’s offices are in Toronto, this position can be fully remote for a candidate working anywhere in Canada. The schedule can be flexible, with some crossover in the Eastern time zone to overlap with the team’s working hours.

Brief Position Overview
Reporting to our Communications and Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will help us amplify our voice through digital media in ways that help us to carry out our mission. The Social Media Coordinator will be an integral part of a small and collaborative communications and engagement team. This position will also include research, notably looking at creative ways to build on The AFC’s existing network to engage with new communities and connections.
