Job Description / Duties

The Theatre and Events Technician Assistant would be responsible for the operation of theatrical and production equipment in all NWP rental facilities. The Theatre and Event Technician assists in the coordination of event setups, tear down, and technical requirements, assisting in the maintenance of all theatrical and production equipment inventory, and some Front of House duties, such as maintaining concession inventory, ordering from vendors, maintaining stock, sanitizing all equipment, and helping with distributing posters and marketing material when required. All other duties as required.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The successful candidate will have:
- A Theatre Technician Diploma
- Theatre experience of at least a minimum of 1 year experience. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be able to work a flexible, on-call schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred certifications for PROSERVE, Lift Ticket and Fall arrest.

Salary: $41,604.00 - $59,232.00
