Job Description / Duties

Team Management & Direction
• Provide leadership and supervision to a Production Team as their primary manager
• Provide coaching, guidance, and tools to assist team members with year over year growth and development
• Lead team members through all elements of the quoting and production process
• Facilitate team collaboration with all other departments to support company initiatives, improve workflows, and ensure successful event execution
• Liaise with clients directly or in conjunction with team members, ensuring they are receiving the best service and guidance for their projects
• Successfully execute the annual strategic plan by achieving established goals and objectives
• Responsible for achievement of Production department financial targets (eg: Profitability percentage, Deposits, Invoicing timeline, Accounts Receivables, etc.)

Event Production
• Oversee technical requirements of team members jobs
• Develop and maintain knowledge of product and service offerings, including emerging technologies
• Offer real world experience to team members, assisting with the development of creative and thoughtful audio-visual solutions
• Ensure quoted solutions follow company standards and guidelines for successful technical execution
• Ensure continuous progression of jobs through the quoting and execution process, following established company timelines
• Act as Production Manager for events when required
• Accountable for ensuring accuracy of information conveyed to internal and external stakeholders

Overall Company Management
• Assist the Director of Production with development of the annual strategic plan by providing key insight and ideas
• Work to expand relationships with key clients and vendors, highlighting the size of our organization and our trajectory to increase both sales and cost savings
• Consult with Director of Production on all key departmental issues and develop timelines for implementing solutions
• Facilitate departmental and company learning on new equipment, systems, and processes
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Demonstrate the core values of the organization and ensure team adherence
• Ensure continuous two-way information flow companywide following established channels

Qualifications / Required Skills

• 3-5 years minimum experience in a Manager level position
• 3-5 years minimum experience managing a team
• 3-5 years minimum audio visual experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Production Management experience
• Strong communication and time management skills

Additional Terms
Reports To: Director of Production

Other duties as necessary may be required and are expected from the position within reason. All percentages of Key Duties subject to alteration as necessary.

Working Conditions
• Travel required
• Combination of office/work from home

Compensation
Total Compensation $75,000 to $85,000 and includes:
• Base Salary
• Commission Plan
• Performance Incentives
