Trade Show Registration for Rendez-vous 2022 in Calgary AB is now open!



Booth spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths come with a black drape backing and are carpeted. Items such as tables (6' skirted), chairs and electrical outlets are available at additional cost and must be purchased with your registration.

In order to book your exhibitor booth space, please select the appropriate button based on your CITT/ICTS membership category: Sustaining ($550 annual membership dues) or Contributing ($995 annual membership dues) or Non-member.

The Sustaining and Contributing Member Exhibitor sign up is protected by an access code. Please contact us for the code.

Booth sizes - Available for booking are: Single 10'x10' or Double 10'x20'. Other sizes are by request only and depend on availability. Click here to view the floor plan.

Add-ons - During your exhibitor booth registration, you must purchase add-ons for your technical requirements such as 15A electrical outlets, standard tables and chairs by adding those items to your cart. Note that we provide 8' back drapes for all booths and that booths are carpeted. Not sure what you need yet? You may register for your booth only for now, and come back later to buy add-ons separately.

Sponsorships - You will also be able to purchase Sponsorship and Advertisement opportunities at the same time that you book your booth. Simply select them from the list and add them to your cart.


If you wish to buy sponsorship or advertisement without booking a booth, please select the Sponsorship only button.

If you wish to purchase 15A outlets, chairs and tables separately, click on the 15A outlets, chairs and tables only button below and follow the registration process. When on the registration page, scroll down to the section PLEASE PURCHASE CHAIRS, TABLES, AND ELECTRICAL HERE, add the items to your cart and proceed with the payment.

The Exhibitor Information Package will be emailed to each exhibitor individually.

 CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of booth registration by the exhibitor is subject to a credit note only, applicable towards a registration to any future CITT/ICTS (excluding its regional Sections) conferences, workshops or special events or to the renewal of CITT/ICTS membership dues. Membership fees are not refundable.
