WHO?
Everyone is welcome. This event is focused on theatre and live event professionals.
Anyone looking to understand the products better and have a better understanding of how to budget for these pieces into a capital or show/production budget.
WHAT?
Hands on demos of Ultratec Effects Machines & ETC/Highend Moving Lights
[there will be ETC EOS and HOG4 consoles available for you to try the lights yourself at different locations throughout the building]

WHY?
This will be the most comprehensive exhibit of its kind for either manufacturer in Canada in at least the last five years. There is a small group of people invited to this event, so you are guaranteed to get a chance to get close to all these products, for as long as you want.
WHEN?
November 1st – 10:30am – 2:30pm
** the formal part of the day will end at 2:30pm but you are welcome to stick around to get a closer look at the equipment until 4:00pm *
HOW MUCH?
The event is free of charge. INCLUDING lunch that Horizon Solutions will be providing.
** NOTE: Please ensure you register so we know how many people are coming for lunch *
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?
No, you don’t have to register. We understand that plans can change and you may decide to attend at the last minute. You can just show up, but if you don’t register, we may not have lunch for you.
CAN I INVITE SOMEONE ELSE TO COME TO THIS EVENT?
Yes! For sure you can. Keep in mind, this event is intended for industry professionals. Please encourage them to register.
I AM ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PART OF THE DAY – IS THAT OK?
If you are only available for either the morning or the afternoon, that’s no problem. Please just note that in your registration. We do ask, out of respect for the presenters and the other guests that you do arrive before the start time of either the morning or afternoon session.
WHY IS THIS EVENT IN LONDON AND NOT IN THE GTA?
This amount of equipment requires setup time, space and power. By providing a cost free space to Ultratec and ETC they are able to bring more equipment and spend more time ensuring that everything is setup in a way that is best for this type of hands on demonstration. We have plenty of free parking and space.
Besides all that, we’re excited to have you come visit us at Horizon Solutions in our 14,000+ ft2 home in London!
