Job Description / Duties

• Act as the lead Manufacturer Representative for our Audio/Visual product lines and any additional product lines the Company may introduce in the future;
• Work with the Company’s inside sales representatives/customer service representatives;
• Work with other Company Manufacturer Representatives to increase market penetration of our Audio/Visual product lines;
• Be the Company’s primary contact for Ontario with its Manufacturers’ representatives;
• Maintain the Company’s customer related databases, including our recently adopted CRM, Sugar as directed;
• Provide direction to and maintain strong relationships with the Company’s dealers and distributors
• Deal with and further develop the Company’s relationship with consultants and designers in the Audio/Visual sectors
• Provide market direction and lead strategic expansion
• Manage quotations for represented product;
• Create and foster product sales across the lines represented by CETEC Group;
• Other responsibilities as directed

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Commercial/Technical background and sales/representative experience in the audio/visual industry is preferred
• Proven results /oriented track record
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the province Ontario
• Ability to keep a flexible schedule
• Strong networking skills
• Established network in the audio/visual sectors
• Strong communication skills including a strong phone presence and experience in a customer interaction environment
• Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technology/product lines
• Solid computer and software skills
• Experience using CRM systems for daily operations
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with a willingness to learn the products and service in detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle various project deadlines
• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A strong team player
• Ability to read technical data-sheets or affection to learn

Additional Information

START DATE:

• Spring 2019

Salary: • $70,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Sales results incentives aligning with experience and achievements • Standard company benefits
