Job Description / Duties

B5C is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to be part of these exciting projects. The Production Stage Manager will be expected to effectively liaise and facilitate between all departments to ensure the smooth delivery of all three Ceremonies. They will plan and chair production meetings, develop comprehensive strategies, supervise a team of Stage Managers, coordinate and produce the master schedule, identify all rehearsal and performance needs as well as various other tasks and responsibilities. The Production Stage Manager will maintain project paperwork and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The candidate must be an experienced, organized and extremely calm individual. The ability to function under pressure, while remaining flexible and detailed is essential. We are looking for a calm, strong, motivated leader with experience in live events. Must be computer savvy, and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and possess exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
