Job Description / Duties

The Challenge:

The Production Manager we would like to hire will ensure that the venue provides a safe environment for optimal audience comfort, viewing pleasure and the show's artistic quality and performance. He will manage all aspects of technical operations related to the venue and the successful presentation of the production. Furthermore, he will ensure compliance with local and Cirque du Soleil policies and procedures regarding health and safety. Finally, he will manage all financial, material and human resources aspects with regard to the Production Department.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Who you are:

You possess strong managerial skills and the ability to convey directives and deadlines in a clear concise manner? You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diversified team?

Join our team and apply your 10 years of experience in technical show management, your strong technical knowledge, your international touring and arena experience, your planning, scheduling and forecasting experience, your experience with evaluations and management of a team, your fluency in English, both spoken and written (fluency in French an asset) as well as your availability to tour full time and to work in foreign countries.
