Job Description / Duties

The SM Apprenticeships will be available on a variety of shows from smaller dramatic pieces to large scale musical productions. Apprentices will work under the supervision of the Stage Manager. We have a total of six positions available for the 23/24 season, ranging from 5 to 10 weeks in duration, from July 31st 2023 to May 19th 2024.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The candidate will be a graduate of a post-secondary technical theatre programme, or have commensurate experience and will have completed a minimum of three Apprenticeship credits. The successful candidate will be creative, curious and passionate about theatre and have the ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary: $794.20/week, plus overtime averaged over 4-week periods.
