Job Description / Duties

The Account Manager will act as the crucial link between Q2Q technologies and its clients, ensuring strong, lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction. This role involves a blend of proactive client engagement, strategic account planning, and collaborative problem-solving.

Role Type: Remote
Position Type: Contractor
Contract Dates: Starting immediately, 3-month onboarding contract followed by review and option to continue on renewable 1-year contract
Hours: Typical weekly workload of up to 40 hours
Schedule: Flexible as long as deadlines are met (clients in all timezones)

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships, as the primary point of contact for clients.
Client Advocacy: Drive client satisfaction, expansion and retention efforts, by addressing all client-related questions and issues in a timely manner
Needs Assessment and Proposals: Understand client needs, challenges, and goals, and work with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with product development, technical support, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and account status.
Contract Management: Manage contract renewals and oversee the execution of the invoicing process.
Conferences/Trade Shows: Plan and attend, in some cases, key industry trade shows to meet with current and targeted clientele

Qualifications / Required Skills

Entertainment Industry Knowledge
Education/experience in Stage Management, Production Management, Technical Direction or related field preferred
IT Business understanding and the ability to apply them
A passion for technology, and the ability to quickly grasp new products, features and functionalities.
Technologically inclined / Familiarity with CRMs and other tools (Airtable, Discord, Google suite, Quickbooks)
Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Problem-Solving Abilities
Leadership and Customer Service skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and within a remote team

Salary: $30-40 (Hourly)
