The AFC - Managing Return-to-Work Anxiety Peer Group

Mar 31 2022

A 4-week virtual peer group for entertainment industry professionals looking for ways to cope with anxiety about re-entering the workplace or navigating the COVID-19 work environment.

Many of us, especially those who work in live performance, are finally stepping into “the new normal.” So what’s it like? The tricky part is, no one really knows. The uncertainty is proving to be a significant source of stress and anxiety, whether you are already on the job or on your way to starting one. The good news is there are tools that can help navigate this new reality and manage stress and anxiety.

Join your industry peers to connect, share, and learn new coping strategies in a non-judgmental, small-group environment. This peer group will meet on Zoom for 60 minutes on four consecutive Thursdays starting on March 31, 2022 (March 31, April 7, 14 & 21, 3-4 pm (ET.)

Space is limited, and a brief pre-group conversation is required. Pick a time below for a brief phone chat with one of the group facilitators to secure a spot in the group.

Please note that this is not a psychotherapy group and does not provide mental health treatment. If you need mental health support, make an appointment through our Navigator program and be connected to more appropriate services.
