Think you might be suffering from burnout?
The last couple of years have taken a real toll on Workers’ well-being. You can take action and build positive strategies for resiliency and mental wellbeing. This virtual workshop will help you recognize the signs of chronic job stress. Help you understand how stress manifests in the body which can lead to chronic negative health outcomes. Gain insight into the continuum of the burnout profile and learn to master steps to complete the stress cycle while addressing job / person mismatches.

Les premiers soins en santé mentale sont le soutien apporté à une personne qui souffre d'un déclin de son bien-être mental ou une crise de santé mentale.
La plupart des gens connaissent la RCR et savent quoi faire lorsqu'ils sont confrontés à une urgence cardiaque. Cependant, sauriez-vous quoi faire si vous étiez confronté à une personne ayant une urgence de santé mentale? Maintenant plus que jamais, il peut être vital de comprendre les signes et les symptômes d'une personne en crise de santé mentale et de savoir comment l'aider.
