CITT/ICTS is on the lookout for individuals with new perspectives and diverse voices to join its National Board of Directors.
This is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to the ongoing growth, representation and evolution of CITT/ICTS.
If you are passionate about driving change in our industry, fostering growth in representation, and amplifying voices to propel us into the future, we invite you to consider nominating yourself or encourage a colleague to put their name forward to serve on the board of CITT/ICTS. 2026 ELECTION
The Nominations Committee is seeking nominations from the membership for the election of four (4) board directors for a 2-year term starting in August 2026.
The following incumbent board directors have accepted to seek reelection:
- Debbie Richardson (Nova Scotia) – currently serving as Director-at-Large
- Peter (Spike) Lyne (Ontario) – currently serving as Director-at-Large
The following directors are continuing their term on the Board of Directors:
- Russell Martin (Ontario) – President
- Joshua C McIntosh (Alberta) – President Elect
- Andrea Lundy (Québec) – Secretary
- Brianne Gwartz (Ontario) – Treasurer
- Craig Langlois (Saskatchewan) – Director-at-Large
- Crystal Lee (Ontario) – Director-at-Large
CITT/ICTS Members in good-standing who are interested in seeking election may nominate themselves.
Nominations may be sent to the Nominations Committee via our Nomination Form, no later than Friday, February 20, 2026.

The Ballot
For any single vacancy, if there is not more than one nomination for that position, no ballot shall be required, and the person nominated shall be subject to approval of a vote representing at least two-thirds of the Board of Directors. The election ballot, if applicable, will be sent electronically by May 19, 2026 and must be received at the National Office no later than June 19, 2026.
The Results
The announcement of the election results will be made during the 2026 Annual General Meeting, which will be held Mid-August 2026. More details will be forthcoming regarding this AGM. Take note that the Board of directors meets a minimum of 4 times a year, on Zoom and in person, including during the August Rendez-vous annual conference.
Election Timeline summary
- February 20 - Deadline for submission of additional nominations by the membership
- May 19 - Deadline to send out the ballots, if election
- June 19 - Deadline to receive ballot (if applicable)
- Mid-August - Announcement of results at the 2026 AGM
