Job Description / Duties

The City of Kelowna is looking for energetic and versatile individuals to provide part-time work for the Kelowna Community Theatre. The Theatre Technicians plan, coordinate and maintain all technical operations for the Theatre and stage productions, working cooperatively with clients to provide quality customer service.
This is a CUPE bargaining unit position and offers $29.07 per hour plus 14% in lieu of vacation, benefits and statutory holidays.

Qualifications / Required Skills

 Relevant post-secondary certificate or equivalent education
 Experience setting up and running theatre lighting, sound and rigging systems
 Service Excellence & Problem Solving
 People Management
 Flexibility & Attention to Detail
 BC Drivers License - Class 5

Salary: $29.07 per hour plus 14% in lieu
