Job Description
While providing a high standard of customer service, the Show Services + Equipment Rental Manager is responsible for coordinating equipment rentals, and processing sales of staging products. This position reports directly to the Theatre Technology Division Manager.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

Location: 3156 Lenworth Drive, Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities
• Arrange and complete rental contracts
• Prepare equipment to send out on rentals
• Sale of staging products (i.e. gel, paint, lamps, tape, etc.)
• Assist walk-in customers
• Inventory control of rental equipment
• Inspection of rental equipment
• Prepare quotes for clients
• Work alongside and in cooperation with other departments in the preparation of equipment, loading and unloading of trucks, and other shop-based activities and tasks
• Identify potential customers and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Contribute to development of budgets and sales/marketing plans

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications
• Post-Secondary Diploma in a field of study related to technical theatre/event production.
• Strong knowledge of technical theatre, stage lighting and audio-visual equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and superior customer services abilities.
• Self-starting, able to work with little supervision and to take initiative to solve problems responsibly.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Good working knowledge of computers and Windows-based software (i.e. Word, Excel).
• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Salary: $37,000 - $45,000
