Join us for this interactive workshop that guides you through the incident investigation process with a practical, hands-on approach. Through an industry-specific case study, you’ll learn how to dig deep to uncover the root cause(s) of incidents and determine effective corrective actions using templates and reports.
Certification passing requirements: Full attendance and participation in the workshop (cameras on) are required to receive a certificate of completion.
