Job Title: Front of House and Administrative Manager, University Theatre Services
Job ID: 2819
Location: Main Campus
Full/Part Time: Full-Time
University Theatre Services is currently seeking a Regular Full-time Administrative and Front of House Manager. Reporting to the Director of University Theatre Services (UTS), the Administrative and Front of House Manager is responsible for the organization, effective administration, and oversight and delivery of all front line services including front of house theatre services, booking and subscriptions, and Rozsa Centre bookings. Front of House services include: ticketing, box office, coat check, ushering, and concession and bar service.
Three full time AUPE staff members report to this position, the Subscription and Bookings Administrator, the Office Coordinator, and the Events Coordinator for the Rozsa Centre. As a member of the University Theatre Services team, the Administrative and Front of House Manager will operate with a high degree of independence, exercising good judgment and exhibiting strong business acumen through the development and implementation of relevant policy and procedures and business practices.
