Will include an introduction to the workings of a small repertory theatre, training on the theatre processes and etiquette, training on our ticketing software and administration processes. Under the supervision of the General Manager and the Artistic Director, the candidates will have opportunities to work in marketing and fundraising. Workshops will be scheduled when possible or necessary. There may be opportunities to take on a leadership role on projects through an evaluation with the General Manager. Opportunities to work on other Watermark Theatre initiatives will be scheduled throughout the summer.
Canada Summer Works: Registered as a full-time student in a secondary or post-secondary institution. Ages 15-30 years. Team player. Interested in learning.
