 rkplaces are responsible for the well-being of everyone that works with 
 and represents them.\nThis session will cover practices and legislation 
 regarding workplaces harassment and will explore ways arts organizations
  and companies can be better prepared to protect workers from all forms 
 of harassment.\n\nThis half-day workshop is designed as an interactive s
 ession and will address the topic of Respectful Workplaces in the Arts t
 hrough information, small group discussion, case studies and activities.
 \n\nNote: Staff who manage teams and/or volunteers, and are interested i
 n fostering a healthy workplace culture are encouraged to attend.\n\nIn 
 this session, we will examine:\n• What IS and IS NOT a respectful work
 place\n• Harassment in all its forms, including sexual harassment and 
 bullying\n• Purpose of harassment definitions\n• Legislative and Hum
 an Rights requirements\n• Review case studies to identify actions of c
 reating or sustaining a respectful workplace\n• What our role can be i
 n supporting a respectful workplace\n• Further resources\n\nWorkshop A
