 nounce that our Annual General Meeting will be held Monday, 11 September
  2023 at 8:00PM (MDT). This will be an online only meeting and the atten
 dance link will be shared with all who register.\n\nAll CITT/ICTS member
 s are encouraged to attend, as well as anyone who would like to learn mo
 re about who we are, and how we help live entertainment in Canada. Only 
 Alberta Members in good-standing will be eligible to vote.\n\nThe CITT/I
 CTS Alberta Section is ran entirely by volunteers that actively promote 
 the professional development of its members, and works for the bettermen
 t of the Canadian live performance community. If you are interested in g
 iving a small amount of time each month to help in this mission, you can
  take part in shaping this organization. Please contact us at alberta@ci
 tt.org for details. This year we have the positions of Chairperson, Secr
 etary and several Directors-At-Large positions up for election.\n\nPleas
 e RSVP to alberta@citt.org with the subject AGM and we will send out the
  meeting link and details closer to the date of the meeting.\n\nIf you w
 ould like to designate another member with a proxy vote for yourself or 
 your organization please let us know in advance.\n\nWe are always lookin
 g for new ways to engage the membership, so if you have ideas or opportu
 nities you would like to see us facilitate, please bring us your ideas.\
