Alberta Section - Calibration and Design Techniques for Modern Sound Systems at the Banff Centre

CITT Alberta is thrilled to announce that we are partnering with the Banff Centre once again on a fantastic audio course.
This is a 4-day course running September 8 thru September 11, 2017 in Banff, Alberta.

Hailing from the Netherlands, this is one of the very rare opportunities to learn from Merlijn van Veen in North America, one of the few people in the world who specialize in this area. This workshop will offer participants insight into the proper approach when designing and calibrating a sound system of any size for any event. |
This program will enable participants to create predictable and repeatable sound system designs, regardless of brand and type of speaker, and to verify the results using the dual channel FFT analyzer. The complete transmission path from source to receiver will be thoroughly investigated in the acoustical, electrical, and psycho-acoustical domains.
