 0. Prior to this role, she spent a number of years at LEE Filters, most 
 recently in the role of General Manager. Earlier in her career, Kerstin 
 was a Product Manager and Product Specialist for lighting control system
 s at Colotran and Strand Lighting. Kerstin is a graduate of the UCLA The
